Handy Aircargo Limited is an international logistics

company situated at Jomo Kenyatta Cargo Terminal Fourth

Season Centre, 2nd Floor C.17 opposite KAHL building.

Our company’s core business is clearing and forwarding.

Since our objective is to offer quality service in the most

convenient and fastest way. We also specialize in various

services which go hand to hand in this field such as

Consolidation, local Removals, warehousing, Trans-

shipment, Courier services and Transportation.

1. CLEARING AND FORWARDING

Mombasa port- Shipments meant for clearance in Mombasa are

delivered storage free within four (4) working days.

Inland Container Depot- Shipments meant for clearance at I.C.D

are delivered storage free within two (2) working days.

Airfreight- we offer fast and efficient services for large and small

cargo. Our staff at the airports collects all the relevant documents

from the cargo agents on behalf of the client.

Exports- consignments meant for export are airlifted within 24

hours after packing, subject to availability of carrier space and

receipt of all the necessary documents. When packing such

export shipments, we take the highest degree of safety and

protection.

2. CONSOLIDATION

We do accumulate such LCL cargo to fill up

containers for our clients whose cargo cannot

fill up such units. An idea that is quite cost-

effective. Most clients have always liked the

idea as they spend less than they anticipated.

Our goal is to get consignments to our clients

via the quickest and most economical

method.

It is our core service and we understand the importance of timely delivery. Cargo must get to its

destination on time. We offer this service in a very cost effective way and deliver it to the client’s

door.

Since the introduction of this service, the demand has

increased day by day, an indicator that our clients are

contented and the approach is more professional, fast,

convenient and without any damage.

4. WAREHOUSING AND PACKING

Our trained staff ensures proper packing materials are

used, where special packing is required; the same is

advised during pre-pack survey. Adequate

warehousing facilities are available and we do

specialize in packaging all types of goods. We also

store valuable pictures, antiques, objects of art as well

as motor vehicles since we maintain strict security

measures.

5. EMERGENCY SERVICES

We offer a 24 hour priority service at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for urgent special cargo. This

service is to cover spare parts, perishables, reagents, live plants and animals.

We have a well-structured transport system and a properly maintained fleet of vehicles which are run by

trained staff, which guarantees prompt delivery of consignments. When the demand for our trucks

exceeds supply, we are able to counter such eventuality and avoid delays as we entered into a

contractual arrangement with two leading transport companies in Kenya

7. CROSS BORDER TRANSIT

Kenya being a country surrounded by a number of landlocked countries, we have designed a

transshipment network to reach clients in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and southern Sudan. We have

been contracted to offer services to food relief agencies operating in neighboring countries.

OUR SERVICE CHARGES

To prosper in business, we believe that competition is healthy, and therefore operate within the limits

of market rates. Our rates are competitive and are governed by services we offer which are cost

effective to our clients.

We have set standard of rate which is the basis

upon which an invoice is raised. This also gives a

breakdown of each and every charge levied. Any

extra charges are communicated and agreed

upon, prior to provisions of service e.g. police

escorts, off-loading of containers, random security

check and transport for loose cargo.

VARIETY OF BUSINESS HANDLED

We handle a wide variety of business ranging from exports, imports and transport of goods to the East

African region and other parts of the world. Some of the goods handled include drugs, heavy

machinery, raw materials, motor vehicles, personal effects, agro-chemicals, Pharmaceutical products

among others.
