Chef’s Corner I hope you have reserved your table for the Club’s Valentine’s Day dinner. We’re expecting a great turnout this year, and the crew is flattered that so many of you have decided to spend this special occasion at your Arid Club. On March 6th, the culinary team at the Arid Club will be creating the entrée for the “Chef & the Gourmet Gala” in support of the Boise Philharmonic. The theme for the cuisine this year is French, and I look forward to representing the Club. On January 14th we had our New Member Cocktail Party. It was well attended and, in this 75th Anniversary year for the Arid Club, helps us to see the bright future in store for the Club. Best Wishes, Chris “Mac” McDonald C.C.C. Executive Chef
