How do I know if the business I have will be allowed at the location I am considering?
The use of property is governed by the Zoning Ordinance The Zoning Ordinance is divided into districts which have specific use lists
These districts are mapped out for every property in the city
You can find out what the zoning of a property is by: Visiting the Records counter
