1. Statement of PurposeMy sites purpose is to provide an online backbone for the instructioncomponent of the Georgia Alternative Assessment (GAA) for my 6

2. Objectivesa. Provide an outline for the necessary components of each standard

that must be covered for the GAA.

b. Separate those components by grade level and have them beaccessible to my students

c. Provide an interactive component of my GAA lesson plan.d. Provide an assessment tool for students to test what they have

learned on the site. (can be used as evidence for GAA portfolio)

3. AudienceMy target audience, my class, is comprised of 6 students grade 6-8 eachwith cognitive and physical impairments. Each student has some fine-motordeficits and use modified keyboards. Most students have limited readingproficiency and utilize screen readers such as Kurzweil.
