Optional Events & Spouse Tours Wednesday, September 16 th Country Music Hall of Fame & RCA Studio B 8:10am Departure You’ll start the day at Studio B, where Elvis, the Everly Brothers and many more artists recorded the music that can still take you back to the first time you heard it. Then it’s off to the Country Music Hall of Fame for touring and lunch. You’ll want to take time to listen to original recordings, check out Elvis’ Gold Cadillac and see how many members of the HOF you remember. The bus will be returning to the Sheraton at approximately 1:30pm. Thursday, September 17 th Tour of the Hermitage 8:40am Departure The Hermitage is the home of our 7th President and hero of the Battle of New Orleans. He was the first president with a nickname: “Old Hickory” and even has an era named after him: The Age of Jackson. Take time to visit the new interactive museum, stroll through the beautiful pleasure gardens and learn about the love story that was Rachel and Andrew Jackson. Lunch will be served at the Hermitage’s Kitchen Cabinet Café where you can enjoy a good old- fashioned southern lunch before returning to the Sheraton at 1:30pm. Friday, September 18 th Ryman Auditorium Tour & Wildhorse Saloon 9:00am Departure Your guided tour of the Ryman Auditorium includes their new video “The Soul of Nashville” which literally leads you into the rest of the exhibits. Everything has been revitalized including the dressing rooms making this an awesome experience! Lunch will be at the Wildhorse Saloon where you’ll also have me to take in some line-dancing and don’t worry if you’ve never done it, lessons are included – Yee-Haw! Get ready for a boot-skoongood me. The bus will be returning to the Sheraton at 1:30pm. Opry shows are never rehearsed and never the same show twice, but always an unforgeable evening of uniquely American entertainment. Dinner will be on your own so plan accordingly. There is only “concession” food available at the Opry. We have reserved 60 ckets in the center aisle on the main floor that will be available on a first-come, first-served basis so get your reservaon in early if you want to aend this outstanding show!
