It’s important for “fully-functioning” communities to have awareness and on-going training/cross-training practices and cross-referral between Link partners and local service providers. Jan’s presentation will provide an up-to-the-moment status report about Cedar Haven Healthcare’s services and resources - including short term rehabilitation, long term nursing services, respite stays and memory impairment care - as well as the educational offerings.
