Notice is hereby given in accor-dance with Chapter 66, Article II, Section 66-54 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of PortArthur, that Port Arthur Termi-nals (PAT), LLC has requested a permit to install approximately eleven and a half (11.5) miles of twenty-four inch (24”) pipeline within a portion of the City ofPort Arthur. This pipeline begins in Port Arthur, Texas near the in-tersection of Highway 366 and TX 73 and terminates at an ex-isting Phillips 66 tank battery inNederland, Texas. Said pipeline will primarily be installed using
