Music News.. This week, we were really excited to

welcome ‘Quintetta’ into school—a five-piece

brass ensemble from the Guildhall School of

Music and Drama.

They put on a concert for everyone in school,

and shared some facts about their

instruments with us.

We particularly enjoyed their performance

of ‘Maria’ and ‘Under the Sea’.

We all left feeling inspired and motivated to

practise our instruments at home!

Book review by Isobel, Sapphire 4

I really enjoyed this book, so I

recommend that you read this

book. It’s all about a girl who goes

to a zoo and feeds the penguins

and when she runs out of fish, she

decides to throw the bucket!

My favourite part was when she

throws the bucket.
