The Old Town Restaurant has been owned and operated by the Kapusta family

since 1993. The Kapusta's immigrated to the U.S. bringing with them their rich

cooking and baking traditions. Old Town is a combination of the family's Polish

heritage, Central Europe's most affluent cuisine and contemporary American

flare. The old world customs, however, go beyond the food and drink.
