Action Plan:i) We have shifted our OH cable to

newly installed electric pole on the another side of road to avoid road crossing.

ii) Deployed approx. 1 KM new OF for each link.

iii) For the remaining portions, we guided to vendor team to follow-up on R&H and Power authority’s activity.

Action Plan:i) We have shifted our OH cable to newly

installed electric pole. A few portions is pending due to dependency on completion of R&H and Power authority activities. After completion of power authorities activity, we will shift another portions of OH cable to newly deployed electric pole.

Reason For Outage:i) Power authority & R&H cut all the OH

cable during electric pole shifting and transformer installation.

ii) They are doing this activity in daily basis.

Action Plan:i) We have deployed approx. 1.2 KM new

OF recently to improve fiber conditions.

ii) We will shifted our OH cable from old electric pole to newly deployed pole.

iii) We are maintaining continuous communications with power authority to follow-up their activities. Thus we can reduced the outage time.

Reason For Outage:i) OH cable’s conditions is not

satisfactory. ii) R&H and Power authority cut all the

OH cable from pole during electric pole shifting and Flyover constructions activity.

iii) Maintenance/Rectifications being delay due to River crossing cable.

Action Plan:i) We need new fiber to stable this

link by improving cable conditions and reducing TJ.

ii) OH cable laid and fixed as possible better way.

iii) Used medicine to avoid core cut by Ant.

Reason For Outage:i) OH cable conditions is not

satisfactory. Also Enormous numbers of TJ exists at this link.

ii) Due to inadequate numbers of electric pole OH cable laid through the Trees. Thus the OH cable cut frequently during Tree cutting, Windy weather and several times core cutting by Ant inside of TJ box..

i) R&H activity ongoing by daily basis.ii) During road expansion Power authority also shift old electric pole to new pole. Its also ongoing by daily basis.iii) Due to road expansion and Flyover constructions activity at Konabri, Team surviving heavy traffic jam from

‘Gazipur chowrasta to Konabari’ and ‘Vogra bypass road to Konabari’ road. Thus the Team movement being delay. Most of the frequently down links are on these way.

iv) OH cable condition is not satisfactory for some links.v) There was also river crossing OH cable for GPSDR40 to GPSDR11 link. Which required more time during any

rectifications. To reduce rectifications time we have done a meeting regarding smooth operations such as quick response by field team after getting SMS from NOC, Reducing the repeated link down, Separate team for Day & Night schedule with our OH vendor JF optical services Ltd.
