reason • This may not be the intended
purpose of the service• There will be certain needs fulfilled
through attending• Understanding the needs may help
to inform treatment decisions
Project aims:• Improve understanding of reasons
why people frequently or inappropriately attend
• Reduce unnecessary assessments, interventions and admissions
• Improve consistency of management
