AuTomATic Sliding dooRS wiTH REmoTE conTRolThe automatic sliding doors makes getting in and out easier especially in tight parking situations. The doors can be opened via remote or from the driver’s seat. The automatic sliding doors are also equipped with anti-pinch sensors that reverse the closing process when an obstacle is detected.

EASY AccESS And low TAilgATE oPEningLoad and unload cargo easily with the low tailgate opening. The side door opening width of 600mm allows easy access to the second and third row of seats too.

onE STEP low flooR wiTH gRiP ASSiSTChildren and the elderly will have no trouble ascending and descending with the Freed’s one step low floor and grip assist (height of 1010mm).

foRwARd TilTing HingE fRonT dooRThe front doors open tilted forward by 7 degrees, this leaves 200mm of overhead space, helping you avoid accidental knocks.

4 SEATER + PERFORMANCEThe Freed utilises a 1.5L i-VTEC engine that produces a fuel economical 118PS

through its bigger intake valves and its torque boost resonator. It also comes with

Drive-By-Wire, a smooth shifting 5AT transmission complete with Shift Hold Control

and Grade Logic Control - first in its class technologies that provides confident

driving, especially when cornering. Other innovations include a reduction in fuel

consumption. This is accomplished with a built-in close-coupled catalytic converter

and a high accuracy air fuel ratio control meter that helps the Freed meet EURO4

emission standards.

ABS, EBd And BA

ABS is an Anti-lock Braking System that stops the wheels from locking up. Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) helps to evenly spread the braking force to maintain stability. Brake Assist (BA) supplies even more brakeforce under emergency braking to bring the car to a safe stop.

SHifT Hold conTRol + gRAdE logic conTRol

Stable driving around corners by holding a low gear is standard for the Freed; it even features Grade Logic Control for traversing hills.

g-foRcE conTRol (g-con) TEcHnologY

A G-CON chassis disperses crash impact over the frame of the body. It also has Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE), which allows for greater crash compatibility with other cars.

The fuel lid auto lock safety system is a mechanism which prevents the sliding door from opening fully when the fuel lid is open.
