Aquafitness 18+ yearsUses the water as resistance to increase muscle tone, strength, and endurance. Classes are gener-ally conducted in chest deep water.
Aquafitness: Mind & Body Blends the mindful movements of tai chi, pilates and yoga with the buoyant and resistive environ-ment of water.
Badminton 18+ yearsHave a “smashing” time playing friendly, organized badminton games.
Badminton: Parent & Child 18+ yearsSpend quality time as a family learning the basic concepts of this backyard sport. Note: Parent/guardian must participate and be at least 18 years of age.
Bocce 18+ yearsSocialize over some indoor “lawn bowling”.
Connect 10+ yearsConnect with new friends through group activities such as baking, scrapbooking, swimming, dancing, bocce, sports, games, and special guests. Note: Par-ticipant must be able to safely and independently manage themselves within a group setting.
Family Squash 9+ yearsReservations must be made on fastcourts.com– first come, first serve. Players under 18 must wear mandatory eye wear.
Father’s Day Family Soccer 5-9 yearsA great way to ‘kick-off’ family fun! Enjoy some friendly neighbourly competition during organized soccer games.

FitnessLow-impact aerobics and muscle conditioning using resistance bands, relaxation and flexibility.
Gentle Pilates or YogaRelax and relieve everyday stress with low-impact poses and movements.
Table TennisConnect with other fans over a friendly match.
Tai Chi: BeginnerA gentle way to fight stress using ancient Chinese meditative movements.
Walk & TalkStroll around the neighbourhood, followed by a muscle conditioning workout and social time.
Yoga DancePerform poses in rhythm with music that can be as simple as the beat of a drum or a chant.
