Summer Reading Program * June 1–August 31
Imagine Your Story is this year’s summer reading theme. Through reading, we can explore, discover, and experience people, places, and things that we would not normally encounter. This summer, the library once again hosts a range of free activities for children, teens, and adults that encourage and support a love of reading. Make sure to register so you can attend the great classes we have outlined in this newsletter.
You can also win prizes for reaching your reading goals by registering for our summer reading program online at www.wooddalelibrary.org. Kids, begin counting your minutes. Grownups, track the titles of library materials or the programs you attend. Teens can choose to participate in the youth or adult program. The entire family can earn fabulous prizes as you learn together this summer with the Library. In addition, we need teen volunteers with an interest in helping with programs. This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours for school, church, and giving back to the community. Stop in or sign-up online.
