Design - We collaborate with architects to effectively plan guest & production areas, ensuring incorporation of workflows, PHE & HVAC services. We consult on concept, menu and back of house design, ensuring efficient production areas geared to cater to the concept offering. The design ensures efficiency of floor plate usage in non-revenue generating areas.

Project Management - Our services include planning, budgeting, vendor management, coordination, project supervision, snags resolution and timeline management. The scope of services extends from start of project to operations handover.

The Free Climb Team

Unnikrishnan Menon (Unni) graduated from IHM Kovalam in 1997. He began his career as a ‘Chef de Partie’ in the Taj Group of Hotels. He was the G.M.- Home Service Operations at Pizza Hut & KFC and the Sr. Training Manager for Pizza Hut India. He set systems and processes to capitalise the business potential of the Outdoor Catering Channel.

He is adept at the design & delivery of specialised training content. He has experience in building training tools and manuals that enable standardising of operations and delivering consistency.

Unni was instrumental in building and operating the Pizza Hut delivery system in the South of India and launched the Pizza Hut online & phone ordering processes.

Ninan George Podipara (Ninan) started his career with the Taj Group of Hotels after graduating from IHM Chennai. He went on to join KFC and was the VP Ops., Pizza Hut & KFC in the South & West of India. He played a crucial role in the expansion of the brands in these regions- from 3 outlets in 1999 to 68 outlets in 2008.

Ninan was the COO at UKN Properties Pvt. Ltd. where he led the operations team in delivering projects like the Alila Hotel (now the Holiday Inn) at Bangalore, Esperanza, a residential complex in Whitefield, Bangalore and other projects.

Ninan brings to the table experience of over 20 years in hospitality operations, planning, design and project management.
