We are beyond excited to bring you a whole lot of new feature stories, ti ps and of course our breed profi les.

This issue we have ti ps on saving your pet from potenti al harm and the poisonous foods you should avoid feeding them. For those who have a pet in need of life saving treatment, we cover basic fi rst aid for pets. You never know when you may need it! If you’re planning a road trip with your pooch we also have some great ti ps on travelling with pets.

We have some inspirati onal feature stories, including one on the latest dog sport craze which has re-invented the classic game of fetch. We chat to Australia’s Got Talent Finalist, Matt McLaren, who shares advice on guide dog eti quett e. There is also an interesti ng story on the health benefi ts of pet ownership. Who knew our pets had such an immense impact on our wellbeing!

Last but not least, our breed profi les take an in-depth look at the adorable and comical Dachshund as well as the hardworking Australian Kelpie. If you’re a cat lover, we take a look at the largest domesti c cat breed – the Maine Coon.

We love speaking to pet owners, experts and breeders from around the country. Time aft er ti me we fi nd ourselves hearing from people who have so many stories to share, many of which highlight the vast impact their pet, or involvement with pets, has had on their life. We hope to share with our readers the most capti vati ng stories and news that will inspire and change the habits and lives of pets and their owners.

It is always wonderful to hear from our readers so if you have any thoughts, stories or ideas please get in touch with us on [email protected]. Happy reading!

CadburyIt took Teresa 2 years to convince her husband Joseph to buy a dog.. Since then they’ve never looked back. Cadbury is a pure breed toy poodle. Cadbury is 7mths old, he’s a beautiful gentle natured dog, he loves playing with the kids. Cadbury loves to be cuddled and have his belly tickled. His favourite sleep place is under the lounge.Cadbury is loved by everyone that meets him. His big eyes and soft lush fluffy coat makes it even harder to resist him. He’s given us so much Joy. Cadbury is a valued and cherished member of the Sudulic family.
