Union-wide KPIs & PIs for RP2
Key Performance Indicators (Target setting): Safety:
Effectiveness of Safety Management (both Regulators and ANSPs). Application of RAT methodology.
Environment: Horizontal en route flight efficiency of the last filed flight plan trajectory. Horizontal en route flight efficiency of the actual trajectory.
Capacity: En-route ATFM delay per flight.
Cost-Efficiency: Determined unit rate for en route ANS.
+ other KPIs at local level: Just Culture, Arrival ATFM delays, Terminal Determined Unit Costs.
Performance Indicators (monitoring): Many additional PIs to be monitored both at Union-wide and local
levels.
