OPPORTUNITYInvestment in an Executives Online Franchise

Investing in an Executives Online Franchise requires the preparation of a detailedbusiness plan. The costs involved include the set-up and maintenance of a localoffice, the hiring of an executive recruitment team (after an initial period if planned)and payment of fees to EO. Of course you will need guidance on the costs andalso the predicted sales forecast and these are discussed during our selectionprocess.

To be awarded the franchise you will pay an Initial Franchise Fee and this ispayable in two instalments:

1. The Deposit Fee is 25% of the Initial Franchise Fee and payment of the DepositFee exclusively secures your territory for a period of three months. The DepositFee is non-refundable but it is allocated towards the Initial Franchise Fee.

2. The balance (75%) of the Initial Franchise Fee is payable on the execution of thefranchise agreement.

The scale of the fees payable is dependent on the scale of the opportunity, theeconomic wealth of the country and the global economy. If you decide toprogress to request further information we will of course advise you specifically forcosts in your country.

In addition to the Initial Franchise Fee there are ongoing monthly management andmarketing fees payable by the Franchisee to EO.
