Sean Kriel – Founder/OwnerI was born in Kimberley on the 13th

March 1969 and matriculated at Elizabeth Conradie School, Kimberley

in 1987. I completed a Sales and Marketing Management Course.

Gaining experience in various positions for a number of companies, from chief buyer, internal sales and

receiving manager to sales manager. After 12 years of working for someone

else I established Excell Catering Equipment in September 2000.

I married Charmaine in 1995 and we have two boys Jadyn and Gareth, 16 and 14 respectively. I enjoy camping, hiking and the outdoors with my family, watching rugby and hunting. Both of our boys are avid sport enthusiast having achieved Griqua colours in biathlon and the other in rugby.“Sean is a great Business Mentor and his knowledge in the industry is hard to be matched. 18 years ago Sean started Excell Catering Equipment with a dream and passion that became one of South Africa’s top selling equipment supplier in the Central South Africa District” – Jacques van Tonder (Founder of Franchise Factory)As a business owner for the past 2 decades, I believe that a strong business is only achievable through a dedicated team that works together with one common goal! Born in Kimberley on 15 January 1975. I Matriculated from Kimberley Boys’ High in 1992.In 2001 I married my soul mate Marlene Hall, we have two beautiful children Meaka who is 13, and

Keegan is 10 years old.I have raised my family with strong Christian

values and everything I do is for them.I live by the Bible verse: “I can do all things in

Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4 vs 13

I am a 41 year young male, born in Kimberley and attended Northern Cape High School. I left Kimberley in 1996 for

Ballito and thereafter Cape Town. I worked in the restaurant business for some of the major franchise groups as a waiter, barista

and later kitchen manager. I returned to Kimberley in 2007 and became a proud father in 2013 of a beautiful boy. I enjoy

taking my son out to the petting zoo, putt putt and rugby. .

Barry Minopetros – Co Owner

Previous work experience Joined the South African Navy in July 1993 and qualified as a Part One Steward during Basic

Training.Joined Reineke Panasonic in 1995 as a Sales Represent

Joined Excell Catering Equipment and started as a Sales Representative in May 2003.Offered a partnership in 2005 and currently still a business partner.

Interests include:Spending quality time with my family be it just at home or travelling and exploring new places.

I am an avid Cyclist and enjoy the outdoors.I enjoy playing bowls and have represented Northern Cape at Provincial level.

Generally I just enjoy socialising and regard myself as a Peoples Person

Ockie Fourie – Sales & Marketing

On the weekends that there is no rugby, I like to go fishing. I did some freelance writing for a local magazine and published 6 articles. To this day I still enjoy writing short stories and

poems. My other great passion is cooking and trying out new recipes.I decided to join Excell Catering Equipment in January 2015 and have since been

continuously working on keeping up to date with the latest trends and products in the industry.

My main responsibilities at Excell Catering Equipment are liasing with customers and offering the best product, price and advice. With 13 years experience in the hospitality

industry it enables me to offer more to the client and assist with kitchen layout, demonstrations, recipes , food cost and kitchen safety, health and hygiene training as well

as operating and maintaining equipment.I believe in establishing honest and open relationships with clients and want them to be

assured of our best attention at all times
