HeadroomThe space between the top of the picture and the top of your subject.• Relative to Shot type

• Less is Better

LookroomThe space between the implied lines off a stationary subject and the edge of the screen.• Gives life

• Can be purposefully misused

LeadroomThe space between the direction of a moving subject and the edge of the picture.• Relative to speed of object
