After connecting your appliance or after a prolonged power cut, “12:00” will flash in the display.

To set the time on the clock Display

Set the time by turning the +/- indicator then confirm using the but-ton.

WarningIf you do not confirm, registration occurs automatically

after a few seconds.

When changing the time Display

Press the button twice, the time flashes.Set the new time (e.g. 7:20) by turning the +/-selector.

Confirm by pressing .There is a beep to confirm that the time has been set.

Programming Display

You can set the “Timer” function on your oven.

Press the clock button. ““ 00 :: 00 00 ”” flashes in the display.Adjust the program time by turning the +/- selector.Confirm by pressing . The countdown starts. The display returns to the time of day.

— The programmer should display only the time. It should notflash.

Put your food in the oven.

Turn the function selector to the cooking type chosen.

Example: TRADITIONAL200°C appears in the display.

The oven begins heating.Your oven recommends the optimum temperature for the cho-sen type of cooking.It is, however, possible to adjust the temperature.After you have chosen your cooking program, press the °C but-ton and adjust the temperature using the +/-selector, thenconfirm by pressing the °C button.Example: 210°C

Warning If you do not confirm, registration occurs automatically

after a few seconds.

The temperature rise indicator shows the rising temperature inthe oven.A series of beeps will sound when the oven reaches the selec-ted temperature.

To stop the cooking, return the function selector to 0.

WarningAll types of cooking are done with the door closed.

WarningAt the end of a cooking cycle, the cooling fan continues to operate for a while, to ensu-

re optimum oven reliability.

The crust will be tho-roughly cooked on the bottom. Recommended for dishes that rise (cakes, brioche,kugelhopf...) and for soufflés that will not be affected by a crust forming on top.
