Frontiers of Quebec 1924, is bringing its Summer 2013 Collection to the beach for a little Ocean Therapy.

If we could slogan-ize the new Summer Collection 2013 by FQ1924, it would say, ‘The Way Life Should Be.’ Easy-going, carefree, beach living, and as always… all about the journey!

Men’s fashion brand, FQ1924, with an age-old heritage and adventure at its core, brings us on a summer road-trip this season – with no plan, no map and no time constraints. It’s all about carpe diem -- seizing the moment and stopping-to-smell-the-seabreeze along the way. The collection radiates a sun-soaked, air-dried, chilled-out vibe that only the beach life provides. Who wouldn’t want to throw on a comfy pair of linen pants with a soft, faded T-shirt to kick back and relax at the beach?! The collection understands that summertime is casual time. Time for friends and self-reflection. Time for beach fires and relaxation. And always in FQ1924’s style – time for new discoveries, adventures and exploration.

This season’s collection has a hint of ‘Marrakech’ behind it with its multi-patterns and prints, along with a confident color scheme of ‘lobster-red’, canary yellow, and various shades of blue indicative of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Fabrics have a relaxed feel with a ‘dip & dye’ technique – diluting even the brightest of colors to blend into a beach landscape. The season’s collection remains true to the FQ1924 look with Ivy-style blazers paired with chinos or plaid printed shorts, polo shirts and T’s in stripes, solids and plaids, and most importantly, the authentic detailing that distinguishes FQ1924 from the rest. There is new life in the collection that emanates an energy you get from breathing in that fresh saltwater air while watching the tides pass in the ever-expansive ocean. It is a time for relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation for sure.
