spontaneously on site with PALL makes machines.

We started extending support during FLUSHING & POST FLUSHING activity. We undertake OIL

CLEANING job work with our PALL make Oil Filtration Trolley along with NAS checking by Online

(RBPD Technology) & Offline (Mesh Blockage technology) machine.

We have the world latest technology (PACKED RING TOWER TECHNOLOGY) & (VACUUM

DEHYDRATION MASS TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY) oil filtration machine for job ensuring OEM

Cleanliness Criteria by removing 100% of free water & gas, 80% of dissolved water, and particulate

contamination removal up to 2.5 micron NAS-4 or better.

We can do the service for any kind of FIRE RESISTANT FLUID (FRF), Synthetic or Mineral based Oil

for Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil system from 10 CST to 1000 CST.

SYSTEM TO SUIT CUSTOMER APPLICATION REQUIREMENT

The PALL - High Efficiency Filtration system is a complete system with built-in pump, motor,

filter with all other required accessories. It can be connected to any of the hydraulic /lube

system reservoir as an offline unit and based on the oil volume it will give NAS Class 3 quality

oil (ISO Code 14/11) and better in a short span of time.

Works on electrolysis principle, i.e. having

positive & negative electrodes and

removes the particles by charging them.

It is designed to work on the basis of “density

difference” and separates two liquid which

have different

Densities.

filtration - In first mode a pre filter ( SS

efficiency Glass fiber media element,

easy replacement and no additional

efforts are required

absorbent media element can be used

for removal of free water

ppm – it may not work efficiently &

a).It is basically designed to remove only free

water up to 500 ppm range present in the oil

and suspended solids / sludge of 100 microns

and above, not capable of maintaining oil

purity level NAS- 6 or 7 levels.

b). It can run in two modes

- Clarifier mode : Only sludge will be removed

not fine particles and

required frequent cleaning of the

bowl & frequent replacement of spin discs

- Purifier mode: Water needs to send inside the

bowl for creating Oil seal for removal of free

water , which is time consuming and often at

low RPM the Oil seal breaks.

Effect on

Additives

This is being a non –stress barrier

filtration technology , It doesn’t disturb

the additive package

As per the test results , it stresses the oil

between electrodes and removes sub-

micron level additive package gradually

( Typically anti wear & anti-oxidant range

Often it has been observed that

OEMs do not recommend to use it

continuously because it can damage

the additive package present in the

oil due to high speed of the rotating

disk ( approx. 8000-9000 rpm)

It has Paper type – basket filter of

nominal rated and if any sharp particle

Another disadvantage is whenever the unit

is re- started due to vibration effect it

releases the trapped particles in to the

system. Achieving desired cleanliness level

is at stipulated time frame is a question.
