FP Fall Blood DriveAt four months, Eddie was diagnosed with
a severe immune deficiency and platelet
disorder. The cure was a bone marrow
transplant. Today he’s doing well, thanks
to many blood donors. Eddie needed “too
many blood products to count,” says his
mother, Kathleen. Some days he had 2
platelet transfusions. “There were days
when we had to wait six-plus hours while
blood or platelets were found for him,” she
adds. To make sure there are enough
blood products for other patients, Eddie’s
family is hosting a blood drive with the
help of the Foster Plaza community.

Foster Plaza Garden CommitteeDo you have a green thumb? Consider joining

recruiting volunteers to create and maintain our
very own vegetable/flower garden here at Foster

This will just be a preliminary meeting to guage
interest and determine the
direction/requirements for volunteering-not a

Foster Plaza Amenity Project
Construction is proceeding on the new Foster Plaza Tenant Amenity Center.
This center will be available to all of our tenants and will be located on the first
floor of Foster Plaza 10. The new space will include conference and meeting
rooms, tenant lounge with billiards, shuffleboard, etc. in addition to a
completely remodeled café.
Fosters Cafe is now CLOSED for renovation - this includes side entry door!

to be a great benefit to tenants and management alike. It provides a user-friendly system that
ensures your service request is processed and enables you to track the status of the request to its
completion. Your use of CBRE Tenant Services System will also help us address your requests more
efficiently. We encourage you to use this system to place non-emergency requests. Should you
require assistance considered “emergency” in nature, please call us at 412-921-8500.
PARKING SECURITY
DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS
DELIVERIESAll deliveries should be received or removed
from the loading dock area at the rear of the
building. No deliveries should be made at the
front entrance. Please notify your suppliers and
delivery people. All major moves need to be
rescheduled with our office after 5:30 pm during
the week and anytime Saturday and Sunday.
Please contact the Management Office prior to
any large delivery.
Smoking is prohibited throughout all areas
of the buildings including common areas,
tenant offices and building entrances.
Smoking should only occur at the
designated smoking areas which are
provided at each building.
”Reserved” spaces are assigned to specific
tenant individuals. No unauthorized
personnel are to utilize these spaces. Visitor
parking is designated for visitors that will
be here no longer than 2 hours.
Please also be reminded to park only in
your building parking lot. Any overnight
parking is not permitted unless prior
approval from the Management Office.
Working late? Our on-site security
guards are happy to provide escorts from
your office building to your vehicle if
