Presidents Message

I would like to thank everyone who came out and voted for the replacementof our windows and doors for our clubhouse. It's nice to see such a great turnout of votes and to see that so many people agreed with us, that we reallywere in need of new windows and doors to improve the clubhouse which wenow own. I would like to thank a very important member of our board JohnMcAlvin who has spent so many hours over the last year getting bids andfollowing thru this purchase. A contract has been signed, measurements havebeen taken and windows should be put in around August sometime.

You have probably noticed by now "No parking signs" being installed in ourcommunity, please adhere to these signs as we were told City of Margatepolice will be enforcing our roads. These signs were not installed by ourchoice but the City's. So please park on the designated side and take noticenot to disturb your neighbors sprinklers and please don't park in front of themailboxes.

Mr. Gene Bagan has resigned from his position as Director on the Board. Onbehalf of the Board and our community I would like to thank him for all hisyears of service to our community, he will be missed. Best to you always.

The next maintenance board meeting will be on June 11,2019 at 7:30pmplease try to attend it would be nice to see new faces. There will be nomeeting for the month of July.
