As my oldest daughter graduates high

school and prepares for college, my

father serves as an ever-inspiring

presence in her life (and mine!).

So, at this time of celebrating the

“grads and Dads” in life, I have extra

reason to pause and take stock of life’s

numerous blessings.

As brief as our time on this earth may

be, we each have an opportunity to

make a lasting impact.

has told me that his or her inspira-

tion comes from knowing that each

her spirit, and consequently may put a
