Trendsetter Construction provides all employees with the necessary PPE to safely conduct employees tasks and to mitigate any known hazards.While engineering controls shall be the primary methods used to eliminate or minimize hazard exposure in the workplace, PPE shall be employed to reduce or eliminate personnel exposure to hazards when such engineering controls are not practical or applicable. Using most up to date equipment and technology, project times are decreased by operating at maximum efficiency with the synergy of other TCI departments. Mass haul projects are managed daily using the earth quantities per day to maximize productivity and ensure project schedules are meet. With the addition of GPS Machine Control in 2010, it increased our production on projects 30% and revolutionized our excavation service. Our experienced operators can save time and money by quickly uploading project designs on the equipment. This allows the operator from the cab to see the project. The operator from his station, on his screen, can see buried lines, obstructions, etc. due to the fact the machine models are loaded with the potential obstructions. In addition, the design grading plan is uploaded as a .tin file and machine automatically grades to the design elevations. This reduces the potential for buried line strikes and increases productivity.

Our team is dedicated to pipeline construction, and have installed various pipelines up to 24” without damaging the integrity of the pipe. Trendsetter has made this accomplishment possible by the experience of our team as well as having the right equipment in place on each aspect of the pipeline.

Our team also includes qualified welders who are accurate and precise on fabrication. They are able to build the fabrication to the exact specs that are delivered.

Trendsetter provides an environmentally safe filling and dewatering process, which includes using filter bags, testing water before filling and before dewatering, and have the ability to dewater into frac tanks. When hydrotesting we have a very safe and adequate procedure to protect the integrity of the pipe and keep everyone safe.
