Goal and structure setting this is where the team lays out the goal, and then sets the roles and work for each member Executing the process of work this is when each individual member does their share of the work Before submitting anything, or presenting anything, the entire team should sit down and go through the editing process to make final touches and edits . This will ensure that everyone on the team is fully aware of the all the work completed. Lastly, there is the Presentation.
