INDIVIDUAL EXERCISE Bringing Forth One’s Own

(Individual Signature Collage & Creation Exercise)• After taking a few moments to think about the

questions posed, and having discussed these with your learning colleague,

• Choose from the Power Point Clip Art and/or Colored papers and miscellaneous artist supplies

• And create a Signature piece that would symbolize to you the kind of leadership values you stand for– that define who you are- or and the ones you want to adopt moving forward….  

• Give some thought on how this vision could stand up to the vagaries of the organization… Complete your signature piece by integrating this last external reality in your vision.

• To support you a sample Leadership Signature piece is provided to you. Please consult Hand Out.

• If you are comfortable doing so- post your signature piece in the Art Gallery- A walk thru will be scheduled later-. Those comfortable and interested in doing so will be invited to share some of the meaning and construct of their pieces….l
