GENERAL INFORMATION

The new graduation plan is called the Foundation High School Graduation Plan + Endorsements

As part of the new Foundation Graduation Plan students and parents must select (in writing) an endorsement area and create a Four Year Plan

Endorsement plan selection may be changed

Students may earn more than one endorsement

This endorsement provides students the opportunity to take a variety of courses from each of the other four endorsement areas

Looking Ahead… Next Friday, students will bring home their

workbooks along with a blue copy of a blank 4-Year Plan Worksheet. Please review your student’s plan, and together, copy their plan onto the blue form, sign, and return to Mrs. Lacey, the 8th grade Counselor.

Plans are due, with parent signature, by Friday, January 23rd.

Students will enter their plans into ccPathfinder on Monday, January 26th.
