• Building originally constructed in 1974
• Renovations / Additions in 1997
• Leo Ryan Park renovated in 2005
• Roof has numerous leaks, mainly from
ductwork and equipment screening
system penetrations
• Roof needs flashing and membrane
replacement to stop leaks
