What I consider as a personal succes?

1) In my pre-professional life consider as a succes my studies at French university Montpellier III, especially, the redaction of my thesis in french language and managing of practical trainings in cambodian, french, swiss and czech schools.

2) In my professional life I value the opportunity I had to work for the Olympic games in Sochi 2014. It has been an irreplaceable experience, particularly on the interpersonal and communacative level.

➔ My main task was to negociate and organize the departure of a french team of techniciens to Sochi (visa applications, accreditations), with constant interaction with the Russian, Slovak and French partners

➔ In Sochi, I have been working, on one hand as interpreter/translator, negotiator from/to french, english, polish and slovak language, and on the other hand, I did the work of rigger and rope acces climber.

3) As my personal/sport succes I concider the climbing ascents of the sport routes in the diffuculty of 7c/7c+ UIAA and several ascents in traditional style in England, Canadian Rocky mountains and Rocks of Adršpach in Czech republic.

During the first weeks I would appropriate the concrete tasks and familiarize with the members of the team.The key aspect of my future career in Fosfa is the possibility to be the most efficient in my work by entertaining agreeable relations with the team in a pleasent environment.

Concerning my trial period, it is the part of the employer to determine if my hiring was a good decision.

If I prove my ability, my interest would be to ensure a proper personnel management by keeping track of the employees needs and to plan training and continuing education.

On a long-term, the company Fosfa would profit of my multilingual competencies for the potential communication with french and polish speaking business partners.
