Other comments
• FOSACH style perceived as “closed” by some. • We are always keen for help.
– Improvements to consider: – Keep on requesting help – React faster/better to new offers of help. – More discipline in meetings (avoid multiple conversations) – Meeting times are short –send all updates in advance by school email?
Gives more time to discuss, more people get heard. – Co-ordinate better with school when Yr7 senior school parents join. – Annual survey (for each school) at the end of Autumn or beginning of
Spring? – valuable feedback and engagement. – Proportion of Planning Committee stand down by rotation each AGM
(-but we actually have vacancies right now)?
Other comments
• Events / Participation – Practical suggestions to take on board and also:
• In Events question, phrases often began with “more…” (stalls, attractions etc.)
• In Participation question, most frequent phrase was “no time”.
• Both issues are linked to our size.
– “We can only do what we can do” and we welcome any help to add more to events.
• What we do given our size is good.
