With our extensive and continually growing line of complete alternators and starters, this conversion is anticipated to be complete in the fourth quarter of this year. We will be making available thorough interchanges (WAI number to Lester number) for your reference in the near future. This information is available on our website and updated daily throughout the transition. As always, you will be able to in-quire/order your complete alternators and starters under either the WAI part number or Lester number.

Regarding the part number structure, WAIglobal is using the Lester number with an “N” at the end of the number to designate “New.” For example, WAI part number 1-1995-21DR-1, a popular CS130D series alternator is transitioning to part number 8206N.
