Development Programme and provide skills for possible future career pathways.
• CPD package with learning tool kits (manuals, videos etc) which can only be employed in a team (group learning environment).
• Self-reflection and peer-assessment will be an integral part of this programme.
• Multiple approaches to school improvement research and impact evaluation.
• CPD with a view to its future implementation to bring changes in the existing school curriculum.
