Development Programme and provide skills for possible future career pathways.

•  CPD package with learning tool kits (manuals, videos etc) which can only be employed in a team (group learning environment).

•  Self-reflection and peer-assessment will be an integral part of this programme.

•  Multiple approaches to school improvement research and impact evaluation.

•  CPD with a view to its future implementation to bring changes in the existing school curriculum.


•  No educational reform to be introduced without a parallel and thought through CPD Programme.

•  CPD to leverage educational reforms via school improvement projects embedded in practice.

•  CPD methodology to adopt action research and systems thinking cycles for sustainable educational development.

•  Schools-Ministry-University-Industry Partnerships to develop postgraduate CPD+ led career pathways that links to educational change, Professional Masters Programmes (PLHE, EdPolicy, Planning and Practice, Learning Sciences and Knowledge Technology). ex
