Supply of extra-large steel components• In order to manufacture gigantic hydraulic excavators formining, Komatsu Mining Germany needs especially largeand heavy duty steel components.• Since 2003, Fortaco has been supplying various steel

components, e.g. booms, centre sections and crawler sidebeams, that are assembled with other excavator sectionsafter shipment to the end customer’s mining site. • The steel components are made at Fortaco plants inHungary, where manufacturing technology is particularlyadvanced and consistent quality control guarantees thehighest performance standards.
