GRADUATION IS BACK IN FULL
SWING after our spectacular
Maiden Voyage Silver Anniversary
Events.
The wins just keep coming and
Graduation is the highlight of the
week:
My cheeks hurt from smiling! Its
a whole new world! We are so
lucky to be here, at this time! Its so
great to see these people go on stage,
beaming with the accomplishment
and so happy. And everyone in the
audience waiting for their turn to go on
stage having completed SUPERPOWER,
the L Rundowns or go OT. There were
so many New OT VIIs and they were
so proud. It was awesome! M.N.
Ilove Graduation! Im always sad
when it finishes because it is soinspiring! The Cause Resurgence and
Super Power wins were incredible I
want everyone to be able to have
that! I loved how the gentleman
who completed Cause Resurgence
cognited on how to handle people by
bringing them up the tone scale. The
training speaker really showed what
you can do now with Golden Age of
Tech Phase II and how fast you can
do it! Lastly, I really liked the New OT
VII speaker, her entire speech was
very poetic and beautiful. Tonight wasamazing! S.B.
Where to begin! What is so
striking to me is the positive
gain available from Cause Resurgence
and Super Power and how real it all
is. When you come to Graduation you
can just see how these Rundowns
are taking the beings and just busting
them loose! I really want that and I
want everyone to have that! Watching
all of these speakers you can just see
how everyone is shooting up the tone
scale. With all that we now have, you
can just see the persistence of uptone
people all the way across the Human
Chart of Evaluation and how people
are flourishing and prospering its
so amazing! I go through so much
emotion at Graduations, I am almost
breathless at the end. I love it! E.C.
Tonight was amazing. Im doing
SUPERPOWERright now and to
see all of these wonderful speeches
and hear what they have to say is
incredible. It really gives you this
warrior-like attitude to life. Tonight was
really quite amazing, I loved the entire
thing! F.M.
For me tonight the Clear completion
was the highlight. Great wins and
a beautiful speech! And it was very
good to see a brother going on stagefor having completed New OT VII!!
I loved tonights Graduation. It was
concise, it had good speed. And so
impressive were the 22 Super Power
completions!! A.J.
All the completion speeches were
great. The speakers are all unique
in their own way and the numberof
completions was just staggering. I just
completed New OT VIA, so I am so
close to starting one of the biggest
levels. Very exciting!! E.U.
Its truly amazing how many peopleare getting through services here.
The Class V completion was really
amazing. He did the training incredibly
fast and had double the wins since he
went Clear. J.W.
After Graduation, join us for
abundant refreshments and live
entertainment poolside.
See you Friday, 8:30pm sharp!

A PIZZACELEBRATION
There are those who say thatthe celebrated baker, PubliusPaquius Proculus, of ancient
Pompeii made pizza before Mt.
Vesuvius blew its top in AD 79.
However, tomatoes were not
originally native to the ancient
Mediterranean area, eventually
arriving as a gift to Europe from
the Americas in the 15th Century. There is a famous story of the
Naples pizza creation of 1889 to
pay homage to the visiting Queen
MarghErita de Savoia (her Italian
title). A humble pizzaiolo added
mozzarella cheese and basil
leaves to the classic marinara(tomato) sauce pizza, created to
represent the green, white and red
of the Italian flag. The pizza was a
hit and when the King asked the
name of this pizza, our pizzaiolo
skillfully replied, "Margherita, Your
Majesty!" The Margherita is today
one of the most favored pizzas
around the world.
To get a really authentic Italian
pizza, you only need to make
your destination the Hourglass
where we prepare Italian pizzawith the highest quality dough
and tomatoes imported from Italy,
as well as Extra Virgin Olive Oil to
enhance the pure flavor.
The dough especially makes it
tasty, light and crunchy.
Our chefs learned under the
tutelage of a true Sardinian
Pizzaiolo of 30 years, create the
pizza from the bottom up, each
hand-made, fresh and flavorful.
A simple Margherita pizza iswonderful with the best cheese,
melted to perfection, piping hot.
And yet, with the perfect cheese
base, it makes a symphony with
any topping you may choose.
Anyone who says there are
secrets to making pizza are
being mysterious. It's simply the
ingredients
and
experience.
That's the
Hourglass!
MEXICAN
FIESTA
with a new sizzlinghot fajita
THERE IS HARDLY ANYTHING
BETTER THAN EATING A JUICY
fajita from a sizzling iron skillet. It's
fresh, hot-hot-hot and that just
makes it all the more tasty.
"Fajita" literally means "little skirts"
or "little bands" and stems from the
strips of steak (chicken can also be
used) as the essence of the fajita.
The history of fajitas is factually
quite recent, from the South and
West Texas vaqueros(cowboys)
who have been eating fajitas since
the 1930s. They are now, of course,
a staple in restaurants across the
country.
The meat used in the Hourglass
is the best, juicy steak and
chicken, accented by a
marinade that is slightly
sweet, and very savory.
Mixed with sliced vegetables
and sides of guacamole,
tortillas, sour cream and
more, you are in for a serious
treat.
See you at the
Hourglass
Friday, 5:30pm.
No booking necessary.

Awonderfully light dish and verysavory for the Summer monthsis the Hibiscus Chicken Schnitzel.
It combines great taste with pure,
natural protein and rich vegetable

The precursors of the breaded
schnitzels trace back to the ninth
century at the banqueting table of the
Emperor Basileus, where particularly
delicate pieces of meat were coated

perfection. It is then finished in the
broiler to maintain moisture and
nutrients.

being presented with "golden
meat". Later the aristocracy and rich
adopted this pompous gesture, until it
was prohibited in 1514, and replaced
with "golden breadcrumbs."
The German word "Schnitzel" is
from the Middle High German word,
"cut".
The modern Schnitzel is a world-
wide appreciated dish, with its flat
portion of meat, usually veal, pork or
chicken which has as many variations
as there are countries which consider
it a traditional dish.
The Hibiscus Schnitzelis a flat,
tenderized, natural chicken fillet

egg batter, then Panko crusted,

the love of soccer, play the Final of
the International Soccer: the World

Held every four years, the World
Cup Soccer is the Olympics of
Soccer. And this year millions
across the planet were mesmerized
as Germany and Argentina battled
it out for over 2 hours to see
Germany finally take the victory

And Scientologists were no less
mesmerized in the Auditorium
with endless buffets of amazing
food including a traditional
