This program allows for the creation and modification of a formstemplate. The forms template consists of static details such as labels, images, lines, rectangles and background images. Mapped data fields, such as the Purchase Order number or the supplier name on a Purchase Order, are added to the forms template when the form is produced. The Forms Designer allows for the mapping of these data fields to positions on the forms template.

The Uniware Forms Processing application consists of the following parts:

Design your own forms in multiple colours, fonts and styles in addition to inserting barcodes, images and watermarks. You can choose to print, fax or email your AusVantage or Distrib documents in PDF format from your desktop. The reports are saved in PDF straight to the directory of your choice on your server.

This program runs as a service and monitors a user defined queue for forms data.

This forms data record will contain the following details:- The required Forms template name- The processing method, which can be either print, fax or email- Page Header details such as Invoice and Purchase Order Numbers- Detail lines such as product codes, quantities and costs

Once a forms data record is found the data is added to the formstemplate. The resulting documents are then printed, faxed or emailed according to the specification in the text file.
