What are different types of text?

• Poetry-is a kind of writing, usually in verse. Poetry verse is set out in short lines with words put together in rhythm or rhyme or both.

• Fiction-a literary work based on the imagination and not necessarily on fact.

What are different types of text?

• Nonfiction-is writing that is based on facts and information.

• Drama-a literary genre of works intended for the theater. A dramatic work intended for performance by actors on a stage.
