DESCRIPTION

An investigation by the Registrar of Lobbyists found Blair Lekstrom lobbied for four northern BC towns seeking revenues from the oil and gas industry, as well as Duz Cho construction, which was awarded a contract by BC Hydro to help build the Site C dam.
