Preferably use black-board, and white-board for LCD projection. Use multimedia interactive display system for teaching available in the Institution. Use self-prepared lectures (PPT, PDF, html) published on Institutional website (www.iftbu.in). Collect and use tables/ diagrams/ images/ flashes/ animations and videos available on Internet. Regularly update course content in ‘Board of studies’. Provide photocopies of taught lectures to the students, if required. Conduct seminars/presentations of the students on the course related topics. Demonstrate methodology of experiments and help the students in conducting experiments

based on physicochemical, microbiological and sensory characteristics of milk & milk products.

Shows the students online available images, animations and videos of laboratory experiments, requirements, methodology, and experiments.

Conduct three pre-final examinations. Conduct seminars/presentations of students. Give assignments to the students. Conduct viva-voce and practical examination for laboratory experiments.

13. Details of extra ordinary leave:In the Year 2012, admitted to Ph.D. in Dairy Chemistry at NDRI, Karnal, Haryana through all India entrance examination and applied for study leave at Bundelkhand University. Study leave was sanctioned with the condition to have FIP immediately from UGC New Delhi, otherwise, I shall be considered to be on leave without pay, therefore, admission was discontinued after studying courses for one month.
