 REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

1. Fill up the form (Exhibition) SpaceOrder Form as (attached) and returnit to the organizer;

2. T h e p a r t i c i p a n t w i l l b ec o n s i d e r e d p a r t o f t h eexhibition after the payments havebeen received;

3. The approval right and the boothchanges will be stipulated by theorganizer;

4. The participant are not allowed tosell, lease or transfer part or thewhole displays which have alreadybeen leased in anyways to the thirdparty;

5. If the participants’ product are notsuitable to the exhibition, theorgan izer has the r ight tore c on s ide r o r c an c e l t h e i rparticipation.

CANCELLATION

1. Cance l lat i on made by the participant:

It is compulsory to do officially alongwith the reasons;

The cancellation up to three (3)month prior to the exhibition, theorganizer will refund 50% out of theamount has been paid;

The cancellation less than (3) monthsprior to the exhibition is not refund-able.

2. Cance l lat i on made by theorganizer.

It Is compulsory to do officially alongwith the reasons;

The cancellation made by theorganizer results full refunds of thepayment to the participant.

3. Force Majeure / Emergency Situation

In the force majeure situations thatcaused by things that would effect orresult the cancellation of theexhibition such as natural disaster,strikes, riots, demonstrations or otherthings beyond the organizercapability, no parties would be holdfor responsible.
