AnnexureDefinition: Section 202(2) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015:

“An owners corporation must give written notice to the owners of lots in the strata scheme of the receipt of an interim report or a final report on building work in connection with the scheme not later than 14 days after receiving the report.”

Definition: Clause 49 of the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016:

“A notice to owners of the receipt of an interim or final report by a building inspector must contain the following particulars:

(a) Whether the report is an interim or final report,

(b) How to obtain an electronic copy of the report.”
