Contacting a Teacher
Teacher’s email addresses are in the format; first inititial, then full surname, followed by the @coombedean.co.uk - eg; a Teacher named Joe Bloggs would have an email address of: [email protected]
Finding Homework
If homework appears to be missing, this is usually due to an incorrect date range. Be sure to increase the ’Issue date’ to several weeks before, and the ‘Due date’ up until six months ahead using the ‘Report dates’ function. Another useful facility is the List view, which publishes tasks ina different layout - some may prefer this option.
Uploading Completed Tasks
Not all tasks can be uploaded, but when a Teacher has selected the option to do so, you may need to upload via a computer rather than a device. If you do experience an issue with uploading, often a restart of your device will resolve this.

Once logged in you should be greeted with a number of panes to select from.
The page should look like this:
In
the top right corner just above the majority of panes there is a small button
that says ‘Install office’
Click this and the drop down below will show:
Select the top option that is highlighted in red above. From here it will
download an .exe file that has to be run in order to install office.
Click the download and follow the installer, it is very intuitive and easy to
follow. This could take up to 30 minutes depending on variables such as
network speeds and the technology it’s being installed on. From here you are
good to go!
