Whenever you near a location where you have an unfinished task, this app sends you a notificationFor example, it displays your grocery list when you are in a store.

You can also search for a place with suggestions or tap anywhere on the map to add a location alarm with radius in miles or kilometres

You don’t always need to open the app and mark the tasks that you have done. Saying “FORGET <task name>” will do the job. This app recognises your voice!!

When you sit in a group to study in a closed room, this app records the decibel level in your room and alerts you when the sound ( averaged over a few minutes) is above a certain pre-set level

Now when you plan a “Group study”, this app will make sure that you do it as well

You can prioritise your to-do list and every time you finish a task, it will tell you what’s next or warn you if you have skipped a task that ranked higher in your list

You can plan a task and share it with multiple contacts, update your progress, set deadlines for it and chat with others who are also assigned the same task. This can be especially helpful for a firm, making it easy to assign tasks and monitor working of their employees. This feature is only available in the premium version of the app.

THREATSThe biggest obstacle is less budget for marketing. Presence of a lot of apps and reluctance of people to try new ones is another one. Also, people may believe that this will exponentially increase their dependence on their phone and might detest the idea to use such an app even after realizing that it will help in better management.Another factor that pulls this app back is that many parts of the world still do not have access to the GPS technology
