Procedure

The cost of medical service will be refund to the beneficiaries after the submission of receipts to the insurance company via OSA

These medical services are provided by NHI contracted health care provider.

The Division of General Student Affairs will transfer the medical insurance to National Heath Insurance (NHI) for those staying for more than four months. NHI costs will itemized on the tuition bill every semester.

A personalized insurance card is required for the service. The NHI insurance card can be picked up at the the Division of General Student Affairs .

Foreign students transferred from other university or institution need to go to the Division of General Student Affairs to transfer their insurance registration from the previous organization to NTHU.

Foreign students can also purchase the NHI for his (or her) spouse and family members through the Division of General Student Affairs . However, the Foreign Student Insurance is not available to the family members of foreign students.
