Introduction

The Ford Guest Experience (FGE India), is a Sales application, primarily used by Sales

Consultants (SC) to demonstrate and highlight the vehicle features. This tool will contain

details of 5 vehicles which are listed below:

• Ecosport

• Aspire

• New Figo

• Endeavour

• Mustang

Download Application

The below URL has to be entered in the Safari browser, which will load the download

application page.

Eg: http://tools.fordguestexperience.com/in/download.html

Step 1 : Tap on ‘Download for iOS’ button.

Step 2 : A pop up will request for Install. Tap on ‘Install’ the application.

Install Application

The application will get installed in the device.

Step 1 : Tap on ‘FGE India’ icon.

Step 2 : If ‘Untrusted Enterprise Developer’ is thrown. Follow the below steps.

Step 3 : Go to Settings -> General -> Device Management.

Step 4 : Tap on ‘Ford Motor Company’.

Step 5 : Tap on Trust ‘Ford Motor Company’.

Step 6 : A pop up window will be displayed. Tap on ‘Trust’ again.

Step 7 : Notification will be displayed that the Distribution has been trusted.

Step 8 : Tap the ‘FGE India’ application icon to launch the application.

Step 9 : ‘Terms and Conditions’ will pop up. After reading through the Terms and Conditions,

Tap on ‘Agree’ button.

Note: If you close the ‘Terms and conditions’ without agreeing, the pop up will be shown until

you agree the terms and conditions.

Step 10: Use the below credentials to login to the application.

Username : <Stars ID>

Enter Name: <Sales Consultant Name>

Tap on ‘Download User Manual’ available on the application download page which will

download the User manual. It will guide you on the usage of the application and its features.
