In Lithuania the construction of the shopping mall “Lidl” is continuing in Kaunas. The construction of the office building in Vilnius will be started.

In Ukraine they go on with the installation of the specific doors on Chernobyl NPP.

In Finland the ship hull assembling works are to be continued in Turku, as well as door and hatchway installation works at the nuclear power plant in Olkiluoto. The pipe fitting and equipment installation works will be continued in Helsinki.

At the shipbuilding yards of France the ship hull assembling works, piping and painting works are to be carried out.

In Byelorussia the construction of the building materials shopping center in Grodno is going on. It is planned to hand over to the customer the shopping mall in Gomel.

In Sweden the first stage of assembling works was completed in the scientific center of Lund, the construction works on the territory of the hospital in Stockholm are going on. In Kalmar city they started installation and construction works on the metal skeleton of the university building complex. In addition, the installation works of scaffolds in Stockholm are going on.

The scope of work planned for October for the whole “Litana” Group amounts to 98 570 hours. During this month it is planned to produce 270 tons of metal structures for those facilities being under construction in Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, France, Finland, and Sweden and 2 240 tons of metal structures for shipbuilding industry.

In Russia they will continue the construction of the shopping mall in Khabarovsk. The works on construction of a shopping mall in Kaliningrad will be launched.

SHIPBUILDING PROJECTS IN HELSINKI GO ONAfter the successful start up of the shipbuilding division in

Finland in June 2016, “Litana” Group of Companies continues to work at “Arctech Helsinki Shipyard OY”. The new volumes of works were allotted: works on pipelines and assembly of outfitting, mounting and welding of hull blocks.

“RENAULT“ CAR SERVICE CENTER, BUILT BY “LITANA“, BEGAN TO OPERATE

In recent years, in Denmark and Norway, in medium-sized cities with a population number from 30 000 to 40 000 inhabitants, they carried out the renovation of heating network and boiler houses. The innovation technologies are adopted and modern bioboilers are installed, corresponding to the latest requirements of the EU for hazardous substances and carbon dioxide emissions. The cost of such projects is 5-10 million euros.

The Commercial Director of „AS Litana Norge“ Konstantin Romaikin recalls:na:

FCUE “Litana-BelStroy” has successfully handed over to the customer - LLC “Brera” - the “Car Full-Service Center” in Soligorsk, with total area of 880 sq. m. The project was headed by the site manager Alexander Katsora. “Litana-BelStroy” company was the general contractor.

The salesroom of the new car service holds 6 cars, the service has 7 workshop bays. The dealer center is equipped with interactive panels with 3D-configurator, the exposition of accessories and “Renault” brand miniature cars, moreover has a comfortable waiting area equipped with the wireless internet access. In addition, “Renault Store” in Soligorsk has a separate storehouse for cars, spare parts and accessories, as well as the parking and test drive areas.

2016 АВГУСТ СЕНТЯБРЬSITE EVALUATION RESULTS

Together with G.Voitko, the Deputy Head of the Industrial Projects Department, we visited the manufacturer of bioboilers - „EuroX“ - the winner of the rennovation projects of bioboiler houses in Germany, France and Poland. During the visit they discussed the possibility of joint cooperation in the Scandinavian market. In this case the „Litana“ Group of Companies as an experienced player in the Scandinavian market, would participate in the projects as a general contractor, responsible for the management and organization of the project and document maintenance, while the business partners from „EuroX“ would be responsible for the technical part – manufacturing of boilers, their delivery and installation on site.

Currently, we are monitoring energy sector projects planned in the Scandinavian market, and are preparing the tender documentation“.

NEW GENERAL CONTRACTING CONTRACT IS SIGNED IN LITHUANIA

On August 31, 2016, JSC “Litana ir Ko” and JSC “MD KLP” signed the general contracting contract for the design and construction of the 8-storey business center “Eleven” in the city of Vilnius.

The project started on August 31, 2016, its completion is planned for June 30, 2017. Projects Director Virgilijus Vinikas is nominated as a head of construction.

The most modern technical and engineering solutions are going to be applied while constructing the Business Center “Eleven”, and its low energy consumption will meet the requirements of the A-class energy efficiency.

NEW PROJECT IN SWEDENOn June 14, 2016, JSC “Litana ir Ko” has signed a contract with “AB

Skanska Sverige” for the desig and construction of the “Linne” university (“Linneuniversitet”) in Kalmar city in the port area.

According to the contract provisions, the “Litana” Group of Companies is responsible for the design, manufacturing of steel structures and erection of two new university buildings. The facilities to be constructed by “Litana”, are about the half of the buildings on the territory of “Linneuniversitet”, and will be jointed to the existing university complex.

The construction works will begin in October, the completion is planned for March 2017. The project will be managed by the Projects Manager Jokūbas Beniušis.

Currently the structural concept is designed, the steel structures are manufactured, steel and reinforced concrete structures are delivered and erected.

NEW INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY SEGMENT IN NORWAY — EQUIPPING AND MODERNIZATION OF BOILER HOUSES

The idea to participate in tenders arranged by the energy sector, came across in the process of the analysis of energy projects carried out in Scandinavia. After we had studied the procedure of participation in tenders, became familiar with the technology applied, it was obvious for us that the „Litana“ Group of Companies is able to offer the services for installation of bioboilers, manufacturing and assembly of auxiliary steel structures and pipelines.

„LITANA FRANCE“ TEAM AT THE LADIES‘ RACES «LA PARISIENNE»„La Parisienne” are the annual races for ladies only at a distance of

about 6 km, which take place in Paris every September, since 1997. Paris Mayor’s Office is a partner of the event, sponsoring the race arrangement. Since 2001, “La Parisienne” supports medical researches of breast cancer. This allowed the Medical Research Foundation to organize a campaign to raise funds with the help of the participants and companies registered in the race, in 2006.

From the date of its foundation this race is distinguished by ever-growing number of participants (up to 40 000 people registered in 2015), and aims to not select the winner in the tough competitive battle, but the sports activities enjoyment, it promotes the idea of inner harmony and femininity. As a rule, the teams consist of peers and colleagues, and the uniform is painted in the colors of companies participants are working in. In addition to the race, 3 days ahead of it the organizers arrange sport trainings, lessons of mental self-actualization, many other entertainment activities.

It was the first time when “Litana France” participated in this race. The company was represented by 10 participants: Jibek Borisenko (Financial Manager), Dinara Le Corvaisier (responsible for the declarations, Paris), Natalia Moreau (Interpreter, Lorient), Nadejda Guerin (Interpreter, Lorient), Natalia Haroche (Interpreter, Lorient) Marina Dumas (responsible for the contracts, Paris), Liliana Galiyeva (responsible for the residential development, Saint-Nazaire), Yana Hugonnier (Procurement Officer, Lorient), Evgeniya Silchenko (accountant assistant), Julia Jousse (Interpreter, San Nazaire).

Ladies from “Ltana” ran the entire distance with great pleasure and expressed a great wish to participate in such events again. “We were proud to have carried the “Litana”’s motto on our T-shirts among 35 thousands other female participants of the race. The route was along the Seine river. The spirit of the event was very festive, because we were always accompanied by musicians and fans” – ladies told.

FIRST VICTORY OF THE RUSSIAN TEAM On September 9, at “Banga” (means “Wave”) central stadium of Gargždai, there was flurry of enthusiasm.

The teams representing 4 countries and continents, competed at the football field. The “Battle of the Nations” started with the play between Lithuania and Belarus (1: 5), and then the teams played all around, 3 matches per every team. The Russian team won the 1st place without a single defeat at this play-off. Congratulations on a long-awaited victory! Distinguished by the sound tactics Belarussian team won 2nd place, and 3rd and 4th places were shared between the European Union and the Lithuanian teams.

The sales manager Edgars Manuhins opened the “rainfall of goals”, making a goal only a few minutes after the start of the game against Russia.

On September 4, 2016, there was already the 31st annual traditional mass participation bike ride on the 75 km length route Kaliningrad-Zelenogradsk-Kaliningrad, devoted to the 70th anniversary since the foundation of Kaliningrad region.

The chief design engineer of LLC “Litana” Anton Banban, procurement manager Anton Leshukov and legal assistant Dmitry Kolotilin perticipated in the bike ride and finished among the first twenty people. Some other LLC “Litana” employees, inspired by colleagues’ success, expressed their wish to participate in the bike ride next year.

Sporty and energetic employees are working in” Litana”, who decided to try the bike ride even under the heavy rainfall.
