Modules of the modular system SP97® exist in ARMACOR® rubber and in CORETANE® polyurethan.

The dual grooves of the SP channel section provide independent nesting easy replacement of the element by avoiding the interdependence between the elements. The double grooves also insure perfect connection.

Use a light alloy channel section showing high mechanic amical stability allows to reduce considerably the total weight of the chassis with respect to steel.

The all light alloy channel section is fixed by forged steel TM bolts, with CORALENE® clamping spacer which can effectively protect the corner against abrasion.

The SP97® est modular system is totally standardized and the lenght of 1000 mm is the most common.

However CORVULCA can provide modules to 1300 mm length.

The standard width of 293 mm accomodates a maximum number of standard element.

To allow a staggered mounting and perfect matching to the screening machines width, it is recommemded to use side pannels with following

standard widths : 150, 175, 225, 250, 300, 320 and 370 mm

Each CORETANE® SP97® module is fitted with two flaps providing total protection of the light alloy channel section SP against material abrasion.

According to the use, the modules are built with CORETANE® polyurethan mono or, double hardness, or ARMACOR® rubber.

The SP97® are nested easily using a hammer to disassemble simply uncouple a module at one end with a screwdriver and pull.
