EXHIBITORS

Shepard Exposition Services will distribute a service manual to all cnFMSDC exhibitors. This will contain order forms for services such as electricity, rental furniture, carpet, labor rates, etc.

The price of a booth includes a standard 8’ x 10’pipe and booth drape (8’ high backboard drape and 3’ high side drape), a 7” x 44” booth sign displaying company name and booth number, one 6’draped table, two chairs and a waste basket.

LOCATION AND ACCOMODATIONS

The conference will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, 4600 North World Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Special room rates (subject to availability) are available for conference participants from October 1, 2011 to July 15, 2012.
